This is a long shot for sure, but I have seen it happen here...have you looked 
for duplicate IP addresses on your NAT address?  We had a server working 
perfectly then started seeing this same symptom and turned out to be someone 
turned on a test box with the same IP address as the external address of the 
MetaFrame server.

I also deleted it and rebooted and then put it back in and rebooted =
again.
