Back up the database using the SQL MMC to another directory. Copy the backup over to the other server. Create a new database on the new server. Stop the database. Restore it. If you right click on the database and choose all actions Backup and restore are there. It is the same as if you were to restore the database if it got corrupted. I think there is some info in the advanced concepts guide also.
