[THIN] ima service

I have a fresh install of w2K, active directory for a test metaframe
environment, and have installed xp 1.0, no FR, and cannot get the ima service
to start. I have used nt authentication, sql, changed to named pipes, and
created a local datastore on the first server, all with the same result. Can
anyone give me a heads up on what I am doing wrong? Haven't been able to play
with citrix in about a year, but I did not think I had lost everything.
is it a default domain policy or such? I haven't seen anything yet. Thanks
