Ahhh... I had the same problem.  In my case, it was a firewall issue with
the session disconnecting.  We had to lower the ICA keep-alives on the
servers to 10 seconds to keep the session active.  I'd take a look at what
yours are now, and scale them back down some.  It has solved the problem for
me.
