So this is what I would set ?

Because the keep-alive is a packet sent from the server to the client to
maintain the session.  It's not a monitor to determine when to disconnect.
Because you are using port 443, your firewall may not be getting packets
frequently enough on the Citrix session to keep the session open.
Increasing the number of packets sent by decreasing the keep-alive duration
helps that.  It takes some tweaking to find the right number for you.  I
tried 15, but even then it would kick you off sometimes.  10 works for me.
