[THIN] drives disappearing

Has anyone had issues with users home drives disappearing? They seem to
randomly "unmap" themselves... Its not the disconnect that occurs in
Win2000. The drives actually disappear. They get the drive at logon, and we
can remap after it disappears, so i know its not a permission issue. MF1.8
on Win2000 Advanced Server.
