[THIN] disable windows printer redirection for TS clients - command line

A friend of mine is working on a project where he has to get certain things
done on Exchange servers without using GPOs, due to some internal political
issues. Unfortunately this cannot be overcome.
The question is, in Windows 2008 (with powershell installed), is there a way
to disable printer redirection for TS clients via command line? He wants to
implement this in future server builds so that it's automated.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
