If you copy them to the local profile of a logged on user, the Citrix
Profile Manager will see that and sync them into the profile.  If the
user is logged off, you can drop the files on the central share and
they will be included at the next logon.  It might work, but I would
not recommend, messing with the central share while the user is logged
on as it could confuse the active CPM instance and cause issues.
