Check to see that you have the right driver and that users are
auto-creating the printer correctly. Also, I had an issue with corrupt
profiles where users were printing landscape instead of portrait. Try
deleting a profile
and see if recreating fixes the issue.

Anyone else out there using Xerox Document Centre 432s in their MetaFrame
environment? Having some problems with it printing portrait when it should
be printing landscape. MF servers are W2K with MFPS3. using the latest
drivers from Xerox that are on the W2K HCL.
