[THIN] XML error

An error of type "IMA" with an Error ID of "0x80000001" was reported by
the XML Service at address "http://CORP-CITRIX01:8080";. [Log ID:
3cdb362c]
I also get the error from CORP-CITRIX02
This is someone trying to launch an app published via PNAgent. What's
odd is that this app isn't on CORP-CIRIX01 or 02, it's on PDFC-CITRIX01
and 02 and only shown as available in Management Console on those 2
servers.
CORP and PDFC servers are in different zones. Is there some type of
communication error between the zones so that the WI thinks it's on
servers it's not made available on?
