After talking to Citrix for the 2nd time, we found the problem. The
following reg key was missing a value.

"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\Windows\AppInit_DLLs" was missing the value
"MFAPHOOK.DLL"

Quote found in Admin guide "The Citrix Presentation server JRE
requirements meets the level SUN recommends to solve potential JRE
issues resulting from DayLight Saving time changes" .

In Farm properties -> Metaframe settings tab -> client time zones
options are enable or not, if not make enable and check.

OK that is the weird part. On one server it has the correct PST, but on
the server giving us issues, it says CST. Isn't that saved in profiles?
I am not an outlook expert by any means but that definitely is not
right. I also had the user check her time by typing "time" at a dos
prompt and it is wrong as well. Just got off the phone with Citrix and
they didn't have a clue.

In Outlook, check tools -> Options then click Calendar Options, and then
check the time zone there.

We are on Windows 2003 server with PS4.0. Users are running outlook
2003 and their emails and calendar events are showing up with the CST
times instead of PST which is where they are at. Their workstations
are on the correct time zone as are the servers which are in CST. The
users are getting PST in their session time for every other app, but not
for Outlook. This only happens on a couple of servers. If they logout
and back in and get sent to another server it is fine.

Any ideas?
