Have you checked to see if it when it happens that it's happening only
on certain Citrix servers?
If it's not that, maybe try scrapping one of their tsprofiles to see if
it fixes it.

I get the following error frequently, but not all the time with all
users.

This occurs in the following situation: I have an application that lets
you print a form to the screen. This opens the form in Word 2003. You
then click the e-mail option in Word so you can e-mail the form to
someone. When you click the e-mail icon in the tool bar you get this
error. It comes up for some people ALL the time, and it never comes up
for others. Sometimes it comes and goes with some users.
If a user gets the error, they can simply open Outlook and then the
error won't occur.
I can't go as simple as disabling Word as the editor in Outlook, even
though I'd really like to do that.
Any ideas how to fix this problem for users who get it?
It occurs with users who connect via PNAgent or Web Client
