Hi there,

previously we were running 2000 TS with Citrix MF 1.8. When I started,
we were rebooting servers to solve problems at least every month. The
servers would Blue Screen at least 3 times a month, often more.

Since I've upgraded the servers to 2003 TS with XPa (Feature Release 3)
9 months ago, the only time the servers have needed to be rebooted have
been for planned maintenance (unfortunately 2003 server is no more
secure than any other windows server and needs to be patched regularly).

I would say that the servers are much better, downtime almost
eliminated, and productivity up. Only good news as far as I can see.

The only question I would ask is how much stability is down to 2003, and
how much is XPe......

Regards

Lee

Would I see any stability or performance increases if I upgraded
my 2000 TS's to 2003 TS? Is there any increases capacity that 2003 TS
would bring?

In general, the biggest stability problem is with the print
spooler crashing, otherwise, I've not really had many problems related
to applications.
