[THIN] Where can I find "terminalserver.dll" - Scripting

After Neil B. kindly gave me some lovely pointers as to how I can
auto-create my T/S users and to fill in terminal server profile screens in
Windows 2000 with a bit of ADSI script.. I need to find .. (and I quote )
"' the oft touted terminalserver.dll that's freely distributed"
Google gives me 0 results.. any clues ?
