[THIN] Re: WI logs in, but cannot launch anymore

CSG/WI does not use the altaddr in this config. I ended up doing a WI
Repair and it cleared it up...must have had some corrupted config file
somewhere in there. Geese...I am afraid to make any change again. I
will back this up and try to change that 20m timeout to 2hrs in IIS to
see if that did it or just coincidence something else did.
Odd one.
