Same error if the test user logs into the console on the server with
normal rights.

If a non-admin user tries to run Lacerte on the physical console, does
it still fail there?

Anyone try to publish Lacerte 2001 thru 2005 on Citrix PS4.0? w/o power
user rights, it prompts at launch that it needs IE5.5 or above and can
only click OK to go to windows update or cancel. I have IE6.0
everywhere. Tried to tick off the run as admin under compatibility on
the program - that did not work.
Ran a regmon/filemon - did not jump out at me where it is checking for
IE. Had a few accdenied to the windows/debug folder - but not much
more. Gave rights to that - but failed to fix it.
Any ideas?
