I thought WI 4.5 had a setting in the AMC to enable true client name.
Somewhere in session settings, I think.

Subject: [THIN] WI 4.5 Workstation Name as %DOMAIN%-%USERNAME%

Has anyone attempted to get this working on WI4.5?

I disabled workspace control and modified the default.ica to have the
ClientName= line, but with Version 10 clients I'm getting a blank client
name returned.

Unfortunately, Citrix states that the version 10 client on WI4.5 does not
exhibit this issue, but it obviously does.

Thanks,
