We got it working.
Workspace control off.
Default.ica not modified.
WI to override workstation name.

By disabling WI Override to the Client Name, I can get the workstation
name. But this isn't what I want for external users. I need to get the
legacy client name of %domain%-%username% as easily done by CTX107112 on
WI4.0.
If I disable workspace control, I will still get the true client name.
If I disable workspace control and modify the default.ica to have
ClientName= I will get a blank entry.

I thought WI 4.5 had a setting in the AMC to enable true client name.
Somewhere in session settings, I think.

Has anyone attempted to get this working on WI4.5?
I disabled workspace control and modified the default.ica to have the
ClientName= line, but with Version 10 clients I'm getting a blank client
name returned.
Unfortunately, Citrix states that the version 10 client on WI4.5 does
not exhibit this issue, but it obviously does.
