The old change user /install trick works. Change user /install at a cmd
prompt as adm. Set the home page and IE settings you want users to have.
open IE and verify. Close IE. Do a change user /execute from the cmd
prompt. : )

I checked the run key and nothing in there that seems related to ie.

Good to know I am going to SP2 soon. I would assume you could script in
the login script to set the home page to normal or just remove the wizard
from the startup. It is probably in the registry under
hklm\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run. I know it used to be
called loadwc.exe when this ran before but not quite sure what it is now.

We are finally getting around to upgrading our citrix servers to w2k3 sp2
from sp1 and ran into a little problem..

After installing sp2 the first time a user logs on they get a little ie
'wizard'
runs and ie home page gets set to msn.

We are not using GPO for setting homepage for this ministry.

Is there a way around this problem?
