Try using Rich text instead of word and see if it is faster. Also turn the
Auto spell check off and it should increase the speed.

I would also have her run CHKLAT.exe to see what the latency from the server
to the client is

I have a person who works for a client who uses outlook/exchange remotely
over high speed cable access. This person complains that she can type faster
than the system. I had no input on selling this but now I need to fix it. I
was looking for some suggestions that people have done to help improve the
lag time on typing? Server is a dual cpu xeon with 2gigs of ram win2k SP3
Metaframe XP FR3
