Hello Everyone,

I hope someone else has encountered this problem before.   I recently
upgraded both of our Citrix boxes with Office XP Pro.   We are running
W2K MF1.8 Load balanced.
We are utilizing roaming profiles and both citrix boxes policies are set
to delete cached profiles. 

For some reason one of the Citrix boxes has taken a user and created
that user as a default profile for all applications in the suite.  When
a user logs in to this server and runs Outlook or Excel it automatically
takes the name of that user as the displayed name.   When that user logs
off and logs on to another server it carries the default name of that
user with them.  So, basically all of my users have the same name when
they open up an office application, it is no longer personalized for
that user.

Has anyone ever experienced this before?

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
