[THIN] User Account Locked Out

Hi All

have seen this posted a couple of times but no resolution? have a number of users with NT workstations various client versions including latest, connecting to W2K/SP3 -XPE/FR3. Ad Hoc they receive the "your account has been locked" message, users insist their previous login was succesful first attempt. This only occurs when they access Citrix Apps; anyone have any input?
