[THIN] Unable to send e-mail attachments from ACT6 using Outlook 2000

Works fine as administrator, or as Power User.
Must a file/registry permission.
But was unable to find it (yet) with ntfilmon/ntregmon.
Does anyone know which file/reg permission it is ?
