Jeremy Thanks for the heads-up on this one. We started experiencing similar problems on a 1-month old W2K3/MF FR3 server farm last week. Based on your advice, we disabled the UPHClean service, rebooted and all servers are now fine again. In fact, you can't even login on the console. Version 1.2 of the tool, which was its beta release, was okay for months. This problem started to happen once version 1.5, the public release, was deployed. The current solution is to set it to report only mode, then it will take no action and the servers remain stable. I had a case open with Microsoft for 3 months and this is the conclusion we have come to. The developer of the UPHClean tool has been notified, but so far there has been no action to fix it. Cheers, Jeremy.
