Yes i know i cant wait to get the new kit to replace those old servers.

I already have CPU and Memory Optimisation disabled as we use appsense 
(appsense could be the issue .. will test that )

Im probably just going to roll back to the v8 client and update the 
pattern files ?

Ouch…I forgot you still had those old servers….the compatibility list is 
usually a list of what they have bothered to test, but doesn’t mean that 
it won’t work with PS 4.0. You could try disabling the CPU and Memory 
Optimisation on one of the servers...or just hold off until it’s all 
cleanly rebuilt with XA5.0 FP2. You should be able to monitor this to see 
what’s going on.
 
The article Safdar posted was interesting. I hadn’t realized that they had 
implemented this, but it’s no different to deleting the RUN key. But even 
so, the last Trend tech update I sat through the SE said that the user 
process has been removed from version 10….I think he only gave us half a 
story J

Hi 

I have been slowly rolling out the new officescan v10 to my citrix 
servers.  I have done 1x64 server in the farm with no issue. 

I dropped v10 onto two Win2k3Sp2 x32  CPS 4.0 servers **Soon to be upgrade 
to Xenapp** and found the exact same issue on both server very similar to 
something that was referenced with Trend v7, the minute a domain user 
logons on the server hangs.

I had to logon as a local admin and rip the client off. 

Has anyone come across this with v10 ?
