[THIN] Time Zone and Crystal Reports

I am running a VB5 app on A Farm of WIN2k (sp3) Citrix XPe fr2/sp2
servers that have some built in crystal reports (6.0).
I have people using the app all over the country, and the client time
zone works for the application. However, when you run a report it will
read the time of the server (EST) instead of adjusting the time for the
client's time zone.
Any ideas would be helpful?
