[THIN] ThinPrint with Win2k

I noticed that in order to make thinprint work with Win2k and all users that
use a PC you have to make the change to the registry at:
HKCU\microsoft\software\terminal server client\default\addins\
to
HKCU\microsoft\software\terminal server client\default\addins\ThinPrint\
and in there the Value "Name" with the data type REG_SZ and the string
TPCLNRDP.dll
What's some of the ways people have got this setup, since when you make this
change it only works for the user that's currently logged in.
