Hi, I am having a rather odd problem concentrated in one location in my
deployment. At random times my thin clients freeze for no apparent
reason. This has been happening in this particular room since May.
However since we switched from wyse to another model (ChipPC) it seems
to happen much more frequntly. So far we have checked the network,
switched the clients that froze to other locations (which do not
freeze), I am monitoring the power through a APC SmartUPS, I have
verified my TCP Keepalive and other network settings with Citrix. The
Thin Client manufacturer was on site today running some tests like
wrapping the unit in foil to check for outside interference (no results
yet). So far we have yet to see this freezing outside of this room. Has
anyone seen this problem with any model of thin client? What I mean by
freezing is that the mouse and keyboard does not respond to commands and
you cannot ping the device on the network. Thanks for your help.

Charlie.
