[THIN] The system cannot log you on [52E]... when trying to shadow a user

Hi all,

When I try to shadow a user (either from the shadow taskbar or the cmc) on
a citrix box or from a pc with cmc installed, I get the following error:

The system cannot log you on [52E]. Please try again or consult your system
administrator

The servers I'm working with are w2k sp3, metaframe xpa sp3 + fr2.
I had a look at the citrix support web site and found a document
(CTX980696) but it's of no help:
- I am running the latest sp for metaframe (sp3) (Maybe this is the cause?)
- No password has changed or expired during an ICA session (I couldn't find
Hotfix ME183T006 anyway)
- I couldn't find hotfix XE101W009 (which I think was a post sp1 hotfix
anyway, therefore was included in sp2 or sp3)

The citrix servers have been loaded a few months ago from scratch with w2k
sp3 and metaframe xpa fr3/sp3 but I set the servers to use fr2.

Can anyone think of what I'm doing wrong or what causes the problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Cheers
Francois
