We don´t have configured a maximum limit of users on the forth server. May be we have License problem. How can I check this? - I wonder if you do have a license problem, or you configured a maximum - limit of users in the Connection Configuration Console on your fourth MF - server. - - Chris Lynch - lynch00@xxxxxxx - -----Original Message----- From: thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Sven Moeller Sent: Wednesday, November 27, 2002 6:18 AM To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] Re: The Citrix server is not available, please try again later All outher session are OK. The other users on the server can further work normally. - When the issue occurs, do you have any sessions that are in a connect - state, for example winterms that autoconnect or sessions that are in a - disconnect state that you can clear off? We've seen something similar - to this on our corporate farm and like you mentioned, you can still - connect via RDP, and stopping and starting services does not help. We - don't experience the issue very often because of the number of servers - in the farm, so we have not delved into it. I would be very interested - if this is indeed the same issue what you find on it. -=20 - Cheers, -=20 - DavidB Hi there, We have the following problem. We have 4 W2K (Service Pack 2) servers with Citrix 1.8 (Service pack3) running in load balancing. These servers are in a Windows NT 4.0 environment installed as member-servers and we have 200 citrix User licenses. All server are in the same subnet. Since one week the Citrix Client user gets the error message "The Citrix server is not available, please try again later.? I can logon to Server one, two and three with a users defined connection but if I logon to server number four I get the same error message. At the same time I can connect to the server via RDP. So it has to be Citrix problem. We have enough and no licenses For this problem it comes if 40 to 45 users are logged in. At the moment my workaround is to take out the fourth server from the published application then all user can logon without any problems to the other servers. This problem always occurs at the same server but not necessarily each day. The citrix connection configuration is set to unlimited. Nothing changed in the network. No errors in the eventviewer The results of "qserver /app and qserver /debugnhwatch" are correct. No improvement after restarting the PN service and ICA Browser service. Can somebody help us?
