We simply have it runnig and it behaves. You may want to disable pop-up
alerts, though.

Subject: [THIN] Symantec - Norton Anti Virus

I finally have servers powerful enough to run Anti-Virus on them
directly. I've recently installed Norton 9 on them. Do I need to leave
VPtray.exe in the RUN key in the registry? We use a corporate update
server to update the definitions. Are there any other recommendations to
ensure this product behaves?

Please, no messages about "Trend is better", or "You should use McAfee".
I'm not trying to start an anti-virus debate, merely configure what I
must install and use.

Thanks,
Jan Broucinek, System Manager
