You can download the list of Citrix GPOs to Registry keys and set the relevant 
registry key by whatever method you choose....but using GPOs is an easier way 
to do this.

Hello,

I would beg to ask the question to why the desktop team is not willing to
use GPOs?  It's a standard practice.

Unfortunately, the client-side settings are just that. The message doesn't
come from the XenApp server and cannot be suppressed from there.
