Our advise is NOT to install the Q328020 on SP3
When you install this fix, other problems will occure, like spontainous
BSOD and reboots.
We experianced some heavy problems with Windows 2000 SP3=20
We did a roll-back to SP2 and installed only the nessary hotfixes. For
some hotfixes you need to phone Microsoft to obtain them. If for some
reasons you cannot obtain the fixes please contact me.
