Hello, I do not agree with Wessel. We use a Windows 2000 system with SP3 and Hotfix AND Q328020 with no problems. My possible difference: I installed Windows 2000 unattended with SP3 included. Some of my collegues told me similiar problems as yours and all those systems were SP3-updated. So the problem is the SP3-Update! Here is my hotfix list: Q322842 Q323172 Q323255 Q324380 Q326830 Q326886 Q328020 Q329115 If you have the possiblity to reinstall a system, check the reinstallation with SP3 included. Hope this helps.
