Hello,

I do not agree with Wessel. We use a Windows 2000 system with SP3 and Hotfix
AND Q328020 with no problems.

My possible difference: I installed Windows 2000 unattended with SP3
included. Some of my collegues told me similiar problems as yours and all
those systems were SP3-updated. So the problem is the SP3-Update!

Here is my hotfix list:
Q322842
Q323172
Q323255
Q324380
Q326830
Q326886
Q328020
Q329115

If you have the possiblity to reinstall a system, check the reinstallation
with SP3 included.

Hope this helps.

Regards

Oliver Woell
