Make sure that no RDP or ICA sessions are open, then delete this registry
key:

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSLicensing

Log into Citrix, it will be recreated. I've seen this problem before and
this usually resolves it.

This is a license issue
It is usally caused by corrupt licenses
try reinsstalling the local client
checkout Article Q329896

If you check the event log on the server the user is trying to hit you
should see an event id1004

Do you use anything (like AppSec/policy, etc.) to limit what executables the
users can run? Use Filemon on the server while recreating the problem, save
the Filemon output as a TXT file, import it into Access, sort by the results
column, and look for ACCESS DENIED.

Hi,

I dont get any message. The session seems to start, You can see the
connection starting. And then it dissapears.
It's no problem with the licences, because we don't limit our users to only
one connection.

Kind regards,
Markus Klein

What message do they get? Do you have a session limit in place?
