[THIN] Start ICA connection from CITRIX server

Dear all,
I have a problem on my CITRIX servers. I cannot start a CITRIX session on
the servers. If I am connected to the CITRIX server as administrator I can
start a CITRIX session in this session, but if I am connected as user I
cannot start another session.
Has anybody the same problem or has anybody a solution for this problem?
