Is anyone trying to log on/off? I had the same problem with some Xerox drivers. When users logged on the spooler service would sit around 25%. Microsoft also have several hotfixes for login and spooler related errors. Have a browse through http://www.citrix4ge.de/w2ksp4.htmas there may be some there that can assist. I need some clues as what to look to at try and identify the cause. I have cleared all nt4 drivers so we only have one (adobe writer). I checked the spooler folder and can't find any files spooling? Not sure if this is related to fr3 and upd2? Anyways, if anyone has tips as were to look, check? I would like to track this down. I have restarted the spooler but seems to hang around still after. bye Doug Stratton Operations Engineering Workstations Services Branch CITS, Solutions BC, Province of BC 4000 Seymour Place, Victoria B.C.
