So what product are you using?  I've had great success with Sunbelt
Software's iHateSpam Server Edition product.

Sorry. It's our new stupid %&$*%&# anti-spam software. It's auto-marking
things as spam by putting "Spam:" in the subject line. I have to
manually edit that part out when I reply. When I forget, the "Spam:"
stays on there. Sorry!=3D20
