[THIN] Some client printers are visible to Everyone

Hi group,
We are having a really strange issue where sometimes for some users
their autocreated client printers are accessible by other users.
Essentially in the Security tab of the printer properties there is entry
for "Everyone" with permission "Print". Therefore any user on that
server can potentially print to this printer. This is only happening to
client printers, not to the printers assigned through CMC.
Most printers are created properly this is probably about 3-5% of the
times.
Anybody has any thoughts? Your ideas are greatly appreciated.
Environment:
Citrix PS 4.0 with rollup 03
W2003 SP1 with all critical and security patches
Printing policy is configured for dynamic session-private printers.
