And if you mean Terminal Services Configuration Manager im assuming you
mean the config for ICA-Tcp?
between all 4 servers the ICA-TCP properties are all uniform, does
RDP-TCP need to be uniform also?

How many servers in the farm are publishing the desktop? Do they all
have the same ica session settings in rds host config (terminal services
config)?
