David,

 

Go out to Brian Madden's site and get his optimization white paper. There is
a section on troubleshooting slow logons. You may have to dig in and use the
logging for the winlogon process but this is the best place to start.  Go
step by step through the section on slow logons and you'll figure it out.

I relized I left out some more detial,

 You can log on pretty quick with these same users on with the term serve
client. It is also slow weather I am using a published in the prgram
neiborhood or a custome ica connetion, I do not have web interface loaded so
I can not test from there, however I have tired using the tcp/http
conneciton in the program neiboorhood and have not had any luck thier
either.

Check DNS. I've experience 2-3 minute logon times when DNS was not setup
correctly.

all,

  Need some help here something bad, I am on a customer site setting up
citrix, we are having a login issue, for some users it takes several minutes
to get pass the checking your credentials if pass thru athentication is on
or negotiating capabilites with out pass thru on. This is a XP 1.0 FR3,
running on server 2003, all hotfixs applied. 

 

Any Ideas, I need help bad...
