What about using the CMC remotely (if you are using the CMC, and not
the Shadow Taskbar)? Is the SHADOW option still grayed out? What
about adding a test server into the farm, making sure the Shadowing
is enabled on that server, then try to shadow on that server?

If you disabled shadowing during the install, you can't re-enable it
later without reinstalling Metaframe.

....before I declare myself insane I have to ask....
I installed a Citrix farm last week, 100000% I didn't disallow
shadowing. Somehow shadowing is grayed out no matter how I log on or
how I connect.
Servers are running W2k / SP3 - MF XP / FR2 - all hotfixes etc. etc.
I checked the connection settings with the listener, they are
correct.
Anyone had anything similair, or is it just me going mad....????
