[THIN] Shadow user problems

We are MF Xpe SP3 FR3 running on Windows 2000 Server SP4 using SQL DB
SP3..
Since the upgrade to MF SP3 FR3 and Server SP4 when we try to show all
users in the Cixtrix shadow user taskbar . Instead we only see some and
do not show a pattern as to who is shown and who is not. We have tried
Hotfix xe103w25036 and have tried the Citrix suggestion for "Severs Not
Enumerating Users".
Any ideas?
