I have a strange issue with Shadow Taskbar. I have published it (wshadow.exe) for my users who connect to Citrix servers via WebInterface. Any PC user can use the tool without any problem but MAC and Linux users can see only a blank screen. It works correctly when they connect to Citrix W2003 server but not when they connecting to W2000 Server. WebInterface ver. 4.5 If anybody has any idea please help asap as tomorrow a lot of users will need this tools for their training.
