Hi all, I have 5 Windows 2000 Xpa Servers in a farm. When a user try to logon in to farm the screen "applying your computer settings" doesn't disappear and user cannot logon. I experience this problem in 2 servers. I check the problem and I could verify sometimes during the day the server "lost" the connection with the data store. Datastore is in my SQL 7.0. When I try to restart the IMA service, the service did not respond and a status "stopping" is displayed in services tab. I try to recreate the lhc but did not work. If the user is authenticated for another server (only 2 presents this problem) the user can log on normally. After this problems the only way is press the reset button (reboot the server). The server works fine but after some hours the problem happens again and the users call me "hi...I can't logon in the app...the screen applying your computer settings don't disappear". Anyone experience this problem? All the 5 server access the IMA database in my SQL server direct. Only 2 servers present this problem. Thanks for help!!
