Or . . . you can also download the dosfons.zip file which Jim K has
hosted on thethin.net . . . http://thethin.net/download.cfm

These files allow for more flexible Dos window sizes. You'll still need
either manually setup or script the proper dos window size settings into
a users TS profile, for your app to display properly on a consistent
basis.

Personally, I've done this for a client with a kix script during login
that made all the needed dos window settings changes prior to the app
loading.

This is possible with the DOS client. Years ago I used to do MetaFrame
installations at orthodontists' offices. I got the Citrix client to fit
on a
bootable floppy disk, so the machine would boot from floppy, connect to
the
server, and run the DOS app full screen.

In the absence of DOS, you can automate the process of sizing the
window.
What's a pain is that you need to change the font size. What size you
use
depends on the client's display resolution. I had a client with this
situation and wanted to automate it, so I started writing a little VB
program that checks the client display resolution and then sets the
registry
keys that define font size. I ran out of time on that project, so I
didn't
finish it. If anyone's interested in this I could probably finish it
with a
few hours work. If so, email me directly.

This is not possible.

But you cvan however make a shortcut to the dos program, and definer
windows
size there, and get it somwhat better.

Hi,

it's possible to execute an Msdos application (Foxpro) with a Maximized
window into a TS session?
