Hi Malcolm, More info required. NT 4.0 TSE is very sensitive to dodgy printer drivers which can cause a stop 0x1e or 0x50. However the fact that the BSOD only happens once a day doesn't really seem to implicate a printer driver and there are other reasons for a stop 0x1e. The rest of the info on the BSOD screen might be useful, disable automatic reboot if necessary or if that's not possible, have a look at bluesave from www.sysinternals.com. A full memory dump would be your next stop in finding out what's broken. Mark Russinovich has a very good whitepaper on crash dump analysis (www.sysinternals.com) and getting basic useful information out a crash dump with windebug really isn't all that hard. regards, Rick Ulrich Mack rmack@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx <mailto:rmack@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Volante Systems 18 Heussler Terrace Milton 4064, Queensland Australia tel +61 7 32467777 -----Original Message----- From: Malcolm Joosse [mailto:malcolm@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Thursday, December 12, 2002 14:45 To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] STOP ERROR Hello, We have just taken over a client that is having a bit of trouble with a = Citrix Server.
