[THIN] SMB vs. ICA printing

Has anyone used the registry hack to set servers with FR2/SP2 and above
servers
back from SMB printing to ICA? Ahve ther been any problems? I am kind of
confused
as to whether or not I should do this. If I read it right it forces the
printer connections
to go directly thru the print server queue and not thru the client?
