That's what I was going to ask too. If you installed the new ones and didn't remove the expired ones you're going to have issues. I had a nested SSL certificate for Apache from them and had to call in. Their response was "It's on our website". To which my reply was, what IT professional has time to read your website on a daily, or even weekly basis? I'm upset because I purchased it from them less than 3 weeks ago and nobody mentioned it then. <Instigator> The support rep. got a bit bent out of shape at me, so I told them "I bet Thawte would have sent me an email warning" </Instigator> WTG Verislime! -----Original Message----- From: Bruce Jarrett-Norton [mailto:bjarrett@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Friday, January 16, 2004 2:20 PM To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] Re: SLL HELP! Have you removed the expired certs? -----Original Message----- From: thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of MASSEY, BILL Sent: Friday, January 16, 2004 1:40 PM To: ThinList (E-mail) Subject: [THIN] SLL HELP! I am having a problem since verisign's cert expired. I have followed the instruction on their web site but still cant get it working again using CSG. I have installed it on the CSG server and it is fine. I installed it on another server and can access CSG fine, but on my laptop I cant and neither can any of my users. I have also installed the certs on my laptop.. What else can I check. I have ran the CSG diag and it is fine. Weird this is the web pages are fine (SLL wise) but just after I click on the app I get and error: (see pic attached.) Can some one point me ion the right direction? (I hope I don't seem to be rambling, I'm freaking out) Dam the pressure! -=Bill ******************************************************** This Week's Sponsor - RTO Software / TScale What's keeping you from getting more from your terminal servers?
