I would try the maxmem switch in the boot.ini, set it to 1/2 the RAM and see if
you can reproduce the error on the same server.

If you can then you know it is not the RAM size, if you can't then you might be
on to something.

Don't know if you want this from only working configurations, or from all,
but...

Exchange: 2003 SP1
Windows: 2003 SP1
Office 2003: SP1 (11.6359.6408)
Citrix: PS 4.0 with Hotfix 2

I've read a BUNCH of posts of users who have the problem I do. Outlook 2003 on
2003 Server crashing with a PST file from mspst32.dll. Many of them have said
they contacted MS and MS said that Outlook 2003 and a PST will crash on a
server with 4gb of RAM or more. They told these people to reduce the RAM or
wait for a Hotfix.

Some suggested a PAE problem. I don't use /PAE so I tried /NOPAE and have the
same result.

Someone suggested a PAE hotfix, but the user replied to them saying they had
2003 SP1 so the hotfix was included in SP1.

One person said they have 4 servers with 4gb of RAM, 2 Compaq and 2 Dell, and
that they only had the problem on the Dell servers. I'm not running OpenManage
on my Dell servers which are effected.

Does anyone with a 2003 Server and 4GB of RAM and Outlook 2003 want to test out
working with PSTs and let me know the results?
